1. Technical accessibility standards
GrantsLookup Directory Services LLC designs and tests GrantsLookup across web, PWA, and mobile viewports against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA.
Specific measures built into our platform include: minimum 4.5:1 foreground-to-background contrast ratios across all text tiers; full keyboard operability with visible focus rings on every filter, NAICS selector, and dossier control; semantic HTML landmarks, table headers, and accessible labels; tabular numerals without layout-shifting hover effects; and full honoring of the operating system "prefers-reduced-motion" setting.
2. Feedback and alternative format assistance
If you encounter an accessibility barrier using assistive technology on any page or inside our Android/PWA view, email desk@grantslookup.com with "Accessibility Assistance" in the subject line. We respond within two (2) business days and will provide any requested grant dossier information to active members in an accessible plain-text format while remediating the underlying issue.
